During this concierge-style review, we will finalize shipping logistics and provide a precise quote for any applicable costs before moving forward.

Fulfillment Timelines

To help you plan your space, we offer two distinct pathways for acquiring our Brazilian craftsmanship:

In-Stock Collection (Ready for Immediate Delivery): For the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days.
Made-to-Order Collection (Bespoke Craftsmanship): Each custom piece is handcrafted with rigorous attention to detail in Brazil. The estimated lead time is 12–16 weeks, which includes artisan production and international transit. While we strive to meet every projection, we will provide regular updates as your piece moves through production.

Delivery & Collection Options

Complimentary Showroom Pick-Up: Available at our Toronto-area warehouse near our showroom. Please ensure your vehicle is appropriately sized and that you have assistance available for loading.
White Glove Delivery (Ontario): Our premium White Glove service includes unpacking, expert placement, and assembly in your desired room. Most Fazani pieces arrive fully assembled to preserve their structural integrity.
Canada-Wide Shipping: For deliveries outside of Ontario, service availability and costs depend on your location and the complexity of the piece. Please contact us at info@fazani.ca for a personalized quote.

Shipping Safety & Insurance

To provide the "security" our clients expect, all shipments are fully insured to protect your investment during transit. We adhere to strict packaging and crating guidelines to ensure your furniture arrives in pristine condition.

Important: Upon arrival, please inspect your piece before signing for the delivery. In the rare event of damage, please notify the driver and contact us immediately to ensure your insurance claim is protected.

Furniture Care & Maintenance

To preserve the natural soul and beauty of your Fazani piece, clean only with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and protect your furniture from direct sunlight or extreme humidity changes to maintain the wood’s integrity.
