2. Orders & Payments:

Custom Orders: The majority of Fazani’s products are made-to-order, offering customization options in materials, finishes, and sizes. Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded. We recommend reviewing all details carefully before placing your order.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the specifications of your custom piece. Please review this confirmation and contact us within 24 hours if there are any discrepancies.

Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is is required at the time of order placement for custom orders. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods specified. All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).

3. Returns & Exchanges:

Custom Orders Policy: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, all sales are final, and custom items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We encourage customers to review all specifications and consult with our team if they have any questions before finalizing their purchase.

Non-Custom Items: Products that are not custom-made may be returned for store credit if returned in their original condition within five (5) days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.

Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or repair.

4. Shipping & Delivery:

Shipping: Fazani ships locally and across Canada. We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your custom furniture arrives safely. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

Delivery Process: Custom orders require additional production time. Estimated production and delivery times will be provided at the time of order and are subject to change based on factors beyond our control. Our team will keep you updated throughout the process.

5. Privacy Policy:

Data Collection: Fazani is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect personal information such as your name, email, shipping address, and payment details for the purpose of processing your order and providing a better shopping experience.
